You can order PTCL new connection by calling 1218 or by visiting PTCL website. Customer ordering a new connection will first pay the installation charges and installation process will start after payment is verified.

Connections that include ADSL, VDSL or GPON connection will have upfront instanllation charges of Rs.15000
