You can order PTCL new connection by calling 1218 or by visiting PTCL website. Customer ordering a new connection will first pay the installation charges and installation process will start after payment is verified.

The installation charges of new internet connection over an existing Landline (phone cable already connected) are Rs.2499 (inclusive of taxes) and installation of internet connecting over a new landline connection (no phone cable present) will be Rs.5000 (inclusive of taxes) . Connections that include ADSL, VDSL or GPON connection will have upfront instanllation charges of Rs.15000
