OnlineBill.com.pk started as a simple duplicate-bill lookup tool and has grown into three related services: a utility bill checker, a Pakistan National Savings prize bond result and schedule archive, and a mobile/internet package comparison directory. This page explains what each of those does, where the underlying data comes from, and who runs the site.

Utility bill checking

OnlineBill.com.pk is an independent, unofficial website and is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, PESCO, GEPCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO, SSGC, SNGPL, or any other utility provider. When you enter a reference number, the site fetches the current bill directly from the relevant company’s own billing lookup at the time you search, so figures reflect what the utility itself reports at that moment rather than a value we store or set. A short history of a reference number’s past checks is kept locally purely so returning visitors can see previous months without re-entering anything.

Prize bond results

Draw results, denominations, and schedules are taken from the official National Savings prize bond draw lists after each draw and entered into the site by hand. Every draw page is checked against the published National Savings result before it goes live. As with the bill checker, this is an independent reference tool — it is not operated by National Savings or the Government of Pakistan, and the six-year prize-claim window and all payout rules follow National Savings’ own terms, not ours.

Package comparisons

Call, SMS, and data package listings are compiled from the public tariffs each mobile and broadband operator publishes for its own customers. Prices and allowances change on the operator’s side without notice, so always confirm the final price with the operator (by dialling the package’s activation code, for example) before subscribing — we link to the operator’s own subscription method wherever we can rather than processing payments ourselves.

Accounts

Creating a free account lets you save prize bond numbers and get emailed when one wins, save a utility reference number so you don’t have to retype it every month and get emailed when a new bill is issued, and bookmark packages you’re considering so they’re easy to find again. None of this is required to use the checkers — it’s there for people who come back regularly.
